Renovation of an apartment in Forest

This project in Forest is part of a comprehensive approachto renovation and interior design.

A classic apartment with high ceilings has been completely rethought to meet a clear objective: modernise the space while giving prominence to the owners’ collection of colourful images and artworks.

Each space has been redefined to create a more fluid and coherent layout. The choice of a fully white interior creates a neutral base, allowing personal elements to stand out with clarity.

Refined living space in "all white"

The living room is designed as an open space, structured by natural light and a clear reading of the volumes. White unifies the whole and highlights the works in the room. Two open fires, equipped with Kalfire gas inserts, punctuate the space and introduce a warm presence, without disturbing the visual balance. The light oak parquet, with its natural treatment, provides a subtle nuance that balances the simplicity of the whole.

High-end open kitchen

The SieMatic S2 open design kitchen in matt white lotus similaque fits into the continuity of the living room and participates fully in daily life. Its design remains refined, with a simple and legible organization. The central island, made in monoblock and covered in marble, is the focal point of the space. The Sensa Ice Blue granite worktop provides a natural and expressive material, in contrast to the facades.

Bespoke sleeping area and dressing rooms

Their redistribution made it possible to optimize the sleeping areas and to integrate large walk-in closets with a matt lacquer finish. The rooms continue the same logic of simplicity and continuity, with simple lines and clear surfaces. The integrated furniture structures the space in a discreet way and reinforces the feeling of order.

Minimalist bathroom

The bathroom was redesigned in line with the project. The volumes are optimized, the lines simple, and the choice of materials are part of a palette consistent with the rest of the apartment. The whole favors fluid use and a peaceful atmosphere.

A simple and sustainable interior design

The project is based on a balance between neutrality and personal expression. It illustrates Home Design's approach to high-end interior renovation. White structures the spaces, while light oak and natural materials provide depth and rhythm. The whole makes up a controlled, coherent and sustainable interior.
